Peanut sauce recipe
1/2 cup natural-style creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon granutated sugar
2 tablespoons boisin sauce
1 small garlic clove,masbed to a pastle
1 reaspoon chile-garlic paste
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup water
Intructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.Stir until well combined,adding more water to thin the sauce if necessary.

Tetel is a traditional food in mojokerto. Especially in rural areas. This food is usually mixed with black sticky tape.
The material :
- White glutinous rice
- coconut
How to make :
White glutinous rice washing and cleaning. Then immersed day and night. Then peeled and washed coconut,after that grated. Then a white glutinous rice stemed for half an hour. Then grated coconut steamed rice over white shoky rice earlier. And last moved within place,then tetel and ready to eat.
