Traditional Food

Tetel
Tetel is a traditional food in mojokerto. Especially in rural areas. This food is usually mixed with black sticky tape.
The material :
- White glutinous rice
- coconut
How to make :
White glutinous rice washing and cleaning. Then immersed day and night. Then peeled and washed coconut,after that grated. Then a white glutinous rice stemed for half an hour. Then grated coconut steamed rice over white shoky rice earlier. And last moved within place,then tetel and ready to eat.
Usually tetel for celebration events.
